A new set takes on average 2 hours depending on a few factors like the style you choose and number of natural lashes you have.
Absolutely! I'll make recommendations on what would suit your face the best and your lash health, and you can choose from there. All sets are fully customized.
If you wish to maintain your lashes, then you would need a fill every 2-3 weeks. During the fill I remove all outgrown lashes to maintain the integrety of your natural lashes, and fill in all bare and healthy lashes.
An experienced lash tech will ensure they are using the appropriate extensions suitable for the condition of your natural lashes, and being careful and dilligent during application to ensure there are no lashes glued together.
You should be able to safely wear lash extensions for years with no issues.

Rule of thumb is to keep your lashes clean by washing daily, avoid sleeping on your face and do not pick at them.
You will be provided with aftercare instructions to ensure you get the most out of your investment.
