Please note, we do NOT do microblading.
Ombré/powder brows and nano techniques are less invasive and longer-lasting, resulting in a powdery, natural style that is fully customizable to be a soft, medium, or bold look. These techniques are semi-permanent, lasting anywhere from 1-4 years. Yearly touch-ups are recommended to maintain color.
Our brow techniques are suitable for all skin types.
Ombre/powder brows require TWO STEPS to achieve desired results. The touch-up is done 4-8 weeks after the initial procedure. It is normal to have some spots where the skin did not retain the pigment. At your touch-up appointment, we will fill in any missing or faded areas.
If you have had any previous brow work done such as ombre or microblading from another artist, it is considered a correction service. We do not accept all cases, and work should be at least 50% faded or we may recommend tattoo removal before moving forward with the service.
Please send photos to 587-777-9051 to get approval before booking your cover-up/correction appointment.
PMU is not suitable for those who are or have any of the following;
-Pregnant or Nursing
-Diabetic
-Undergoing chemotherapy (consult with your doctor)
-Viral/bacterial infections
-Had Botox within a 3 week period of PMU appointment
-Using Retinal products on the face in the past 3 weeks
-Had an organ transplant
-Epilepsy
-Sick with a cold or flu like virus
-Used Accutane in the past 6 months
-Please note, if you have extremely oily skin, the nano hairstroke technique in combo brows will cause your 'hair strokes' to heal much softer with a powder look rather than defined strokes.

Satisfaction Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we do back our work. If you are not happy with the set, let us know within 24 hours and we will offer a complementary removal.
If you have an allergic reaction, let us know within 72 hours and we will do a complementary removal.
If lashes are falling our excessively, let us know within 48 hours and we will have you come in to access the situation. We may provide a complimentary mini fill in this case. This is only offered on a case by case basis.

Provide you with our contact information; and
Set out a clear, working unsubscribe mechanism or preference centre that is easy to use, automatic, and at no cost to you (other than your own cost of connecting to the Internet).
Clarity – we ensured that each aspect of a CEM, including its header, content, or any links or URLs in the CEM) conveys the appropriate information, whether viewed individually or taken as a whole, so that you always know what you are clicking on.
If you receive a CEM from us but believe that you should not have or no longer wish to receive CEMs, we will aim to respect your preferences in a timely manner once you update them through our unsubscribe mechanism. CASL requires us to process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns about our unsubscribe options, you may contact us at the address indicated in this Privacy Statement below.
